Processing Time
All orders are made to order / hand-packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During peak periods (markets, Christmas, etc.) processing may take a little longer — I'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard shipping: $10.00 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150.00
- Express shipping: $15.00
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days (standard) via Australia Post, with tracking
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
- Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact me at jac@ponytaildesigns.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date and I'll sort it out for you.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip postage? Select Local Pickup at checkout and I'll be in touch to arrange collection — including at upcoming market stalls such as Indigiscapes.
